My client is  recruiting for an experienced ACMI & Leasing Broker to join their Passenger Charter division at there offices near Gatwick. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in leasing aircraft and has worked in a similar position within the commercial aviation industry previously. Purpose of the role

 Key Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management 

  • Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft solutions

Contract Management

  • Ensure all contracts are made according to company requirements, are accurate and legally compliant with managers approval
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on issues relating to contracts to ensure these are addressed


  • Ensure invoices are raised correctly with accurate information and payments are paid by clients and to suppliers in an agreed time scale
  • Carry out reconciliations for ACMI or charter flights and ensure these are closed and recharged accordingly
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to maximise profits on individual files or to assist for others’ files.

My client, an established Aviation Leasing company based in Dublin , is interested in speaking to an experienced Tax Manager to join their Finance depatment . In this role you will be working closely with senior leadership providing advice on taxation globally. 


  • Managing tax consultants and outsource providers 
  • Managing indirect and direct tax filings for Irish SPV’s and other Non-US SPV’s 
  • Lead the tax planning in conjunction with internal team members including Head of Tax, Financial Controller, counsel and external tax advisory firms 
  • Supporting implementation of transfer pricing and ensuring compliance 
  • Managing tax audits and other tax authority 
  • Accounting for income and deferred tax 
  • Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements, simplify processes and introduce analytical tools to ensure tax compliance

My client is interested in speaking to an Investor Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Development Team. In this role you will support creating quarterly earnings material. You will be expected to prepare material for investor relations events, including non-deal roadshows, sell-side conferences and analyst /investor meetings. 

As Investor Relationship Manager you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing relationships with investors, analysts and ratings agencies. You will be a key member of the team responsible for identifying high potential investors and optimizing the use of management time and venue selection. The Role:

  • Responsible for evaluating and reporting counter-party risk
  • Analysis of underlying country risk issues will be an intrinsic part of portfolio and transaction risk evaluation.

The Director of Valuations Analyst will lead a team in data collection, market analysis, and valuation of various aviation related assets.

The Job:
Manage a team of managers and analysts in an ever evolving market  

Perform and review asset valuations using the proprietary valuation model and prepare detailed client reports

Bring together and analyse market intelligence and transaction data points to be used in quarterly valuation updates

Review lease documents and glean necessary data to perform cash flow analysis of aircraft

Understand maintenance information from technical reports and data sheets to determine the maintenance adjusted value of an asset

My client a leading aviation finance and leasing company is based in SE Asia is actively looking to hire a Credit Risk Manager. The company manages over 150 aircraft globally and projected substantial growth over the next 48 months.  

The Position 

In the position you will be analysing the credit risk of commercial airlines and assessing existing clients. You will be expected to cultivate a deep understanding of the aviation financial sector monitoring market trends and airline operations. 

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring existing customers in my client’s portfolio, prepare documentation for annual reviews and quarterly updates. You will be pivotal member within Deal Teams, examining the suitability of transactions and restructurings. Part of you duties will be approving documentation for new and restructured transactions.

Helping to co-ordinate the progression of transactions through: counterparty due diligence, credit analysis and internal rating, preparation of credit submissions and systems management, liaising with the company’s business functions, post-closing co-operation with technical and legal. Observing the commercial environment globally focusing on the effect on airline profitability and risk profile of lessees. You will also be tasked with quarterly analysis of risk with my client’s portfolio. You will be comfortable working with other departments to coordinate the execution of transactions.

My client a leading commercial aircraft leasing and finance company has an opening for an experienced aircraft engineer to join the technical department in Hong Kong. In this role you will be supporting the President of Technical with all technical requirements 

The Role

In this position you will take responsibility for all technical aspects of aircraft deliveries, acceptance, returns and ongoing management of assets during lease term.

You will provide technical input to lease agreements, purchase agreements and proposals. As Technical Asset Manager you will be first point of contact for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities and lease customers. You will be performing and arranging technical inspections and records review for company’s assets, provide technical support to internal departments including Legal, Finance and Marketing.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience within aviation industry. Experienced with Aircraft Transition (Delivery / Re-Delivery) process. Knowledgeable with Aircraft Maintenance Programmes, maintenance reserve claims, reimbursement and forecasting. Experience with aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements.
