My client a leading airline in the air freight business, who handle a diverse range of cargo from fine art to high end sports cars to race horses and time critical medical supplies. Due to a rapid growth in their global air freight business my client is eager to speak to experienced senior sales professionals from the air freight industry to join their Cargo Sales team. THE ROLE - AIR FREIGHT SALES EXECUTIVE
To proactively identify, create and grow revenue with new and existing clients. This role involves a mix of new business and account management. To ensure that a comprehensive and efficient customer service is provided to new and existing clients at all times. To make improvements and recommendations on how to further enhance the customer service experience.
A well rounded sales or business development professional from the air freight industry. Proven success of meeting and exceeding targets. Commercially astute able to work independently and think out of the box. A though understanding of the air freight market with an extensive network within aviation and logistics.
THE PACKAGE My client is offering a basic salary of up to £50,000 PA + an uncapped commission structure to reward high flyers. (OTE 85 to 95 K) The company also offers a pension and medical plan. My client operates out of luxury offices in Surrey with free parking.

Due my clients growth in China they are interested to speak to sales, business development or account manager from an air cargo or freight background. In this position you will play a fundamental role in developing future growth and enhancing the position of the company as a market leader in Eastern China. You will be expected proactively identify, target and secure business opportunities for the cargo department, build strong, productive relationships with new and existing clients.
Fluent in English and Mandarin , 3 years sales experience and experience within the airline cargo sales , private cargo charter or freight forwarding sectors. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets.
